Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by User
You may cancel your puja booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the puja may attract a deduction of 50% to cover preparation costs.
2. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to perform the service due to temple closure, strikes, or unavailability of priests. In such rare cases, a 100% refund will be issued.
